All Watches purchased from the official store are 100% genuine and covered by our 3-Year Official Warranty.
To ensure smooth and cost-effective after-sales service, especially considering the high import tariffs on watches in mainland China, Aesop has established an after-sales service center in the duty-free zone of Macau.
➡️ All customers who purchased from the official website can mail their watch to the Macau center for free warranty service, as long as the issue is covered under the warranty and is not caused by human damage.
✅ What the 3-Year Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in movement, materials, or workmanship.
- Mechanical failure not caused by misuse or external damage.
- Free repairs or replacement of parts that fail under normal use conditions.
❌ What the 3-Year Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Damage (accidental or otherwise) not caused by manufacturing defects.
- Misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the care and usage instructions.
- Scratches, wear-and-tear, or physical damage to the case, crystal, bracelet, or strap.
- Water damage to non–water-resistant models, or due to improper opening of the watch.
- Issues arising from lack of regular servicing or improper maintenance.
- Watches not purchased directly from the official Aesop website.
- Any watch serviced, repaired, or opened by unauthorized persons (e.g., battery replacement or movement adjustment by third parties).
- Any alterations or tampering beyond Aesop’s control.

- All valid warranty repairs are free of charge (excluding shipping if applicable).
- If the watch requires maintenance outside the warranty scope, costs will be quoted based on current service pricing.
